Brick ranches and Millennium Mansions
Just off some of the busiest roadways in this part of town, properties in West Paces are hidden along winding, hilly streets by old-growth pine trees and local shrubbery. The housing inventory is largely made up of brick-front ranch-style homes, split-levels and Millennium Mansions. Buyers can expect a five-bedroom ranch to sell for just over $1 million, while a five-bedroom Millennium Mansion is priced between $1.5 and $2 million. “The market is price sensitive. We are no longer in the days where sellers can name any number and get it, but if the property is priced correctly and the home is in good condition, it sells quickly,” Jordan says.
