Near recreation, Inspiration has communities for many life stages
Inspiration was designed to be a multigenerational community, from its single-family homes to its 55-plus community. These residential areas sit just outside Downtown Parker, adjacent to where horses trot along rolling farmland. “My buyers were originally looking for acreage properties but were drawn to Inspiration because they could walk from their front door to enjoy the outdoors in the open space, parks and trails. It was the best of both worlds: an easy commute and paved sidewalks, a newer, larger home, and a great outdoor space they could enjoy without having to maintain it,” says Michelle Addison, a broker associate with HomeSmart, licensed since 2017. “Whether you’re a nature enthusiast, dog lover, or simply someone who values a tight-knit community, Inspiration truly has something for everyone. It’s a place where its name reflects exactly how you’ll feel.”

Carefully maintained homes in the Inspiration Metropolitan District
New Traditional homes stand at the end of paved driveways in Inspiration’s all-ages communities and the age-restricted community named “Hilltop 55-plus.” Many houses feature decorative gables, front porches with square columns, and stone or brick accents. Homes have two to five bedrooms, and their prices range from $590,000 to $1.3 million, depending on their size. “Everyone takes care of their homes. They’re newer and give that feeling of a high-end area where everyone is a good neighbor,” Addison says. The Inspiration Metropolitan District serves the neighborhood, overseeing irrigation, sidewalk maintenance and trash service. Homeowners are required to make quarterly payments of $294.
The community has a neighborhood watch program. The CAP Index Crime Score in Inspiration is 1 out of 10; lower when compared to the national average of 4.
Inspiration is known for larger homes with large yards.

Parks connected by trails and clubhouses with pools and events
Over 12 miles of trails wind through natural open space, connecting the neighborhood’s parks and outdoor pool to the over 16-mile Piney Creek Trail. Athletes gather at Pathfinder Park, where a playground sits adjacent to tennis courts, a soccer field and an in-line hockey rink. “One of my favorite spots is Bear's Lair, formerly ‘Picnic Park,’” Addison says. “It’s a charming park with life-sized chess pieces, a ping pong table, and even charging stations for your laptop. Unsurprisingly, everyone adores ‘Clay,’ the famous bear sculpture.” Additional parks include the Happy Trails Dog Park and Sunset NAC, formerly “The Hangout,” which has a fireplace and benches overlooking the mountains and metro area. “For hot days, The Watering Hole is the go-to outdoor spot, offering a fun splash zone for cooling off,” she says. The Hilltop Club is the clubhouse for the Hilltop Village 55-plus community and has a private pool and fitness center. This clubhouse and The Inspiration Club, where the all-ages pool is located, both host events throughout the year, ranging from happy hours to football watch parties.

Southlands, Super Target and Downtown Parker’s local establishments
Inspiration does not have a shopping and dining district. The neighborhood is near the open-air Southlands mall, which has national retailers, restaurant chains and an AMC movie theater. A Super Target is about 2 miles from Inspiration in the Saddle Rock Village shopping center, where Las Fajitas Mexican Restaurant opened its first of three restaurants. Nearby, Downtown Parker has walkable streets with locally owned businesses, such as the women’s clothing store Parker Panache. Restaurants are on Mainstreet, including the Parker Garage with American fare and Tailgate Tavern with bar food and an outdoor patio that hosts bands as weather permits. “[Downtown Parker] has that old-time feel, but still has the coffee shops, boutiques and cute hair places,” Addison says. Costco and Trader Joe’s are also nearby.
