A diverse housing market

Rocky Ridge has a diverse housing market, from 1980s Colonial Revivals and bilevels to condos built in the early 2000s. Most houses have small, fenced-in backyards, with mature tree cover giving the neighborhood a more established feel. While most residents own their homes, about one third are renters. “You’ll find some newer builds on this side of town and affordable prices compared to other Denver-area communities,” says Gina Moritzky, a local Realtor with eXp Realty. “You also have a lot of options, with condos, townhouses and single-family homes. If you’re new to the area or just looking for a one-bedroom, you can find options for less than $200,000.” Single-family homes start in the upper $200,000s and reach the low $600,000s, while condos and townhomes range from the high $100,000s to around $400,000. Multi-family complexes feature amenities like outdoor pools and tennis courts, with most charging a monthly maintenance fee.
