Home prices in Spring Creek Meadows and common architecture

Single-family home prices range from the high $300,000s to mid $600,000s. Traditional architectural influence is common. “Spring Creek Meadows is when I felt like they really started doing functional tri-levels. Now they're not super popular, but people really liked them. They built basements with them,” says Cindy Dassinger, a broker and owner of Metro Home Finders, Inc., who has over 25 years of experience. “Not that we get a lot of tornadoes here, but when we do, you want to have a place to run to, and when I say rarely, we rarely get them here, but it's a resale value for real estate.”

Outdoor recreation is available at Spring Creek Park in the central region. Natural open space surrounds the park’s baseball fields, basketball court and playground. “People go down there, and it's got like little places to fly kites and run in the fields,” Dassinger says. The Ridgeview Greenbelt Trail runs between the neighborhood and Highpoint. Several golf courses are nearby, including the Saddle Rock Golf Course in Saddle Rock. Approximately 15 minutes away, Cherry Creek State Park’s reservoir is open for motorized watersports, swimming and fishing. A trail loops around the water’s perimeter.

The district and many of its schools are top-rated, including Eaglecrest High School, which is zoned for the neighborhood. So, a lot of great benefits to living in those areas,” Dassinger says, regarding the cluster of Aurora neighborhoods where Spring Creek Meadows is located.
