Tower Triangle
Suburban Neighborhood in Aurora, Colorado
Arapahoe County 80011
Suburban streets lined with single-family homes
Tower Triangle is a mixed bag of housing types that sit along winding neighborhood streets. Ranch-style homes and split levels are the most popular, with manicured lawns, attached garages and driveways. These properties can vary from 1,000 to 2,000 square feet and cost anywhere between $350,000 and $500,000. “It’s a good entry-level price point for the Denver metro area, so there’s a steady flow of people buying and renting,” Sirois explains. Many of the split levels have brightly colored exteriors painted in pastel, while the ranchers keep to neutral tones. Modern two-story houses with contemporary architecture are popping up in the neighborhood, featuring stone facades and pointed roofs. These properties are larger, with roughly 2,200 to 4,000 square feet for $560,000 to $900,000. Residents who want something a little less expensive can find modern Craftsman townhouses for roughly $325,000.Aurora parks and outdoor recreation
When residents want to stretch their legs, they can head to one of the parks in the neighborhood. Triangle Park is a large green space along Espana Street that’s popular for its nature-themed playground. Little ones can climb along the rock-like structures and faux tree stumps. To the west, Terrace Park offers more amenities, including a basketball court and picnic shelter. Take a stroll along the walking paths that are shaded by mature trees. Athletes can find their haven a mile south of the neighborhood at Aurora Sports Park. The 220-acre park has 27 multi-use sports fields for soccer and football, plus 12 baseball diamonds and four playgrounds. Local sports teams regularly host tournaments and competitions there.Aurora public schools with quality programs

Those who rely on public transportation can use several local bus lines with stops along East 19th Avenue, Tower Road, East Buchanan Place and East Batavia Drive. The Denver International Airport is only 16 miles away and offers commercial flights.Local restaurants and brand-name retail
While there aren’t any large commercial shopping areas within Tower Triangle, residents can head to the local watering hole for a bite to eat. On East Colfax Avenue, the Frontier Club is a classic bar and grill serving up burgers with draft beer. Come back at night to listen to live music, play a round of pool or watch the big sports game. Across the street, Corral Western Gear is a local business that sells leather apparel like hats and boots. Victoria’s Market is a convenience store on Tower Road that doubles as a Mexican restaurant serving hot food. When residents need to buy necessities, they can travel a mile north on Tower Rd, past I-70, for a large commercial center that has a Walmart Supercenter and other name-brand retailers. The area is lined with national fast-food chains like Del Taco and Dairy Queen.
