Why do people choose to live in Ramblewood?

The modest townhouse suburb of Ramblewood lies in north Baltimore, sandwiched between the public facilities at Mount Pleasant Woods Park and the scenic trails of Chinquapin Run Park. Residents live close enough to shop at major malls and retail strips in Baltimore County or at the popular Belvedere Square Market in the city. Locals can also enjoy a movie at the historic Senator Theatre along the busy York Road corridor. Nearby highway access makes commuting easy, and proximity to Baltimore’s Inner Harbor means residents here are close to work and play.

Plenty of parks to visit within a few miles of home

Maryland is known as a state where you’ll experience all four seasons, and Baltimoreans love to spend time outdoors. When you live in Ramblewood, you’re never far from expansive green spaces and popular venues in north Baltimore and Baltimore County:

  • Chinquapin Run Park has a nature trail, tennis courts and a playground
  • Mount Pleasant Woods Park features the Mount Pleasant Golf Course and the Mount Pleasant Ice Arena,
  • Overlook Park offers a playground, as well as tennis, sand volleyball and roller hockey courts, in neighboring Baltimore County.
And for those times that call for indoor entertainment, the Senator Theatre screens classic films and newer blockbusters and has been a north Baltimore mainstay since 1939.
