High marks for Southwest Boise schools
Young students will start their academic adventures at Amity Elementary, a B-graded school by Niche. The school was initially built in 1979 and was a model of construction because of its use of solar power and earth cover. It has since been rebuilt in 2018 to meet modern demands. The next stop on their educational journeys is Lake Hazel Middle School, which receives an A-minus. Lake Hazel offers student clubs and extracurricular activities like the ski and snowboard club, student council, and National Honor Society. Teenage students will attend Centennial High School, an A-minus institution that offers sports like soccer, basketball, baseball and softball.
