According to local Realtor Angelica Fernandez of Keller Williams Houston Central, who has sold dozens of homes around Greater Houston, affordability is one of the main factors contributing to the uptick in population around the area. "It's definitely growing and becoming a beautiful area, to be quite honest," she says. "It's very affordable. You can buy a house within $250,000 with three bedrooms and two baths."
