A range of housing prices and styles
Homes in Table Mesa have a median sales price of around $1.1 million, which is a little higher than that of the city, around $950,000. “The home prices on a price-per-square-foot basis are probably the middle of the market for the city of Boulder,” says Brett Sawyer, a Realtor with Kentwood Real Estate, who has over 20 years of experience and grew up in the area.
The neighborhood is split into different areas with a range of homes. Midcentury ranch-style homes and split levels are common in Lower Table Mesa, along with townhouses and condos in Shanahan Ridge. The multi-family properties range in price from the lower $600,000s to the lower $900,000s. Upper Table Mesa and subdivisions like Devil’s Thumb have semi-custom, multistory Craftsman homes, which get larger and more spaced out the closer they are to the mountains. These properties cost between $1.1 million and $2.4 million. “[Table Mesa] has affordable areas, and a middle range, and some higher-priced homes that sit on the ridge and have a nice view of the flatirons,” says Barry Remington, a real estate agent with WK Real Estate, who grew up in the area and has about 15 years of experience.
