Seton Falls Park occupies 35 acres in the center of Edenwald. This hilly, forested park is bordered by rows of humble, yet sturdy prewar brick rowhouses, small businesses and schools. Last stop on the 5 train Lexington Avenue Line
Eastchester-Dyre Avenue is the last stop on the 5 train in New York City, which brings residents to Grand Central Station in approximately one hour. Locals on the west side of the neighborhood can also walk four blocks to access the 2 or the 5 train at the 233rd Street Station, which goes into Manhattan. We'll i live in the project. I do feel safe because it's across the street from a police precinct. But most of the people there are very stagnant. Some have been living there all their lives on public assistance. I want to make myself better. Focus on my education and get my family out.
