"Ashbrook-Clawson Village is less exclusive and less expensive than similar neighborhoods like Quail Hollow," says Realtor Gabe Cicala, who sells homes in the area with Matt Stone Real Estate. "But the homes are still pricy because it's right in the heart of south Charlotte, the most beautiful part of Charlotte, in most people's opinion." Homebuyers can purchase a two-bedroom early-2000s condo for between $430,000 and $730,000. Four-bedroom 1970s brick ranch-style homes sell for between $500,000 and $620,000. Assessors value three-bedroom 1980s contemporary-style homes at between $700,000 and $780,000. Four-bedroom 1990s contemporary-style homes sell for between $800,000 and $900,000. Residents travel 9 miles northwest via Woodlawn Road and Billy Graham Parkway to reach Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
