From 2,000-square-foot houses to stately mansions, Olde Providence comprises a mix of architectural styles, including split-level, ranch-style, contemporary and new builds. "Homes in this area sell very quickly," says Lindsay Patton, Realtor at The Redbud Group, who's been representing the Charlotte area for a year and a half.
