From 2,000-square-foot houses to stately mansions, Olde Providence comprises a mix of architectural styles, including split-level, ranch-style, contemporary and new builds. Prices here range from $473,000 to $3 million. Townhomes are also available in the $700,000 range. Lots also vary from .2 acres to over an acre. "Homes in this area sell very quickly," says Lindsay Patton, Realtor at The Redbud Group, who's been representing the Charlotte area for a year and a half. William R.
