Another draw is the diverse housing stock. “Dunlora is a cozy neighborhood that has a range of mostly single-family homes,” Russo says, adding that residences range in size from small to stately. “There are all different sorts of floor plans; you have one-level living and bigger, 5,000 square-foot homes with basements.” Russo says the variety in home sizes appeals to a diverse crowd. “The neighborhood is great for starter and established buyers alike.”

Pen Park, with its multiple bike trails, tennis courts and the Meadowcreek Golf Course, is also nearby.
