The neighborhood location on the eastern side of the city is much quieter compared to neighborhoods on the interstate and it’s removed from traffic. “Sun Valley is a bedroom community that’s off the main roads,” says Patrick Graham, team leader and broker at Our323 Team Broker by eXp. “It started building back in the 60s and expanded until they finished the last homes in about the late 90s.”
