Conde shared, “this whole area is close to the border and so you get some of the best Mexican food here. And the Balboa South brewery has an awesome burger that everyone loves.” In the community’s northwest corner, local employers share the Regency Industrial Park, and along the northern edge, near the 54 freeway, residents frequent a range of retailers including Hobby Lobby, Best Buy, and Walmart.
