One of the most anticipated events in University Circle is Parade the Circle, a celebration of creativity and community spirit. While University Circle has more rental apartments, the district has several different housing styles. There are historic and colorful bungalows, colonials, Victorians, and modern townhouses. Three-bedroom condos may fetch around $259,000. In comparison, spacious colonial homes with seven bedrooms can command prices upwards of $1,200,000. Tightly lined streets feature homes with small front yards, porches, and driveways, typically priced around $360,000. Meanwhile, townhouses with amenities like fitness centers and outdoor tennis courts may also hover around $360,000. "Townhouses have been the new hot thing, and here in Cleveland, they are popping up all over the city," says Kolesar. The median housing price in University Circle is $366,000.

Wade Oval and Wade Lagoon create spacious natural feel

Chester Avenue straight to downtown

University Circle enjoys proximity to major roads, facilitating easy access to downtown Cleveland, located about 4.5 miles away via Chester Avenue. For travelers, Cleveland Hopkins International Airport is just under 16 miles away, accessible via Interstate Highway 71 South. The district's abundance of sidewalks makes it highly walkable. It's a nice place in town. It's in the middle of Case Western Reserve College and University Hospital so it's diverse and there's an abundance of places to eat
