Crossroads, a Columbus suburb

Crossroads is a small neighborhood of single-family homes in northeast Columbus. Nestled within forest greenery, it's bordered by the intersection of Interstate 270 and Interstate 670, two highways that provide immediate access to the city. Folks also hop on Seltzer Road, which traverses the neighborhood's west side, for nearby shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Axios reported that Columbus will be the No. 3 hottest real estate market in 2024. The neighborhood offers multiple empty lots being developed for new construction. "Columbus is set to see a lot of manufacturing growth with Intel moving in," says Realtor Jamie Reed, who has sold property in the neighborhood with Coldwell Banker Realty. Intel is investing $28 billion into its Columbus campus, accommodating eight chip factories. The campus will be located about 9 ½ miles northeast of Crossroads. "The airport renovation is also a big deal for the area," Reed says. Crossroads is bordered by John Glenn Columbus International Airport, which is scheduled for its $2 billion expansion to be completed by 2029.
