Fifth by Northwest's homes and condos
Fifth by Northwest comprises three streets that run east to west, with remaining streets that run perpendicular. Break off from these roads are grid-like residential streets. Most of these are home to neat sidewalks, with shaded spots underneath the mature sycamore trees that line the community’s front yards. Spaced 10 feet apart from one another are Craftsman and Cape Cod-style homes, which tend to be adorned with shrubbery and minimal landscaping. Construction dates go as far back as the early 1900s and have continued up to today, with the addition of new condominiums and apartment complexes in the area. Those looking to purchase a home in the neighborhood can expect a range from $255,000 for a two-bedroom condo to $700,000 for a four-bedroom, three-story house.
