Colonial condos and New Traditional
Foxboro’s subdivisions offer a mix of housing options. “The western side has condo communities selling for anywhere from 180,000 to 250,000,” Hamrick says. These condo communities, like those part of the Millcreek Commons subdivision, are situated in clusters with sidewalks leading up to individual units. Streets are lined with streetlamps. The condos are a mix of New Traditional and Colonial styles. On the eastern side of the neighborhood, homebuyers can find a mix of New Traditional bungalows and split-levels with a mix of brick and vinyl siding on neat lawns. Limbs of mature trees hang over the narrow sidewalks, providing essential shade. Most homes have one- to two-car garages, but the streets are also wide enough for street parking.Explore the Ohio wetlands at local parks
