Knolls West location connects easily to Dublin and downtown

A convenient Northwest Columbus location, a range of home prices and easy access to major employers draw buyers to Knolls West. The neighborhood’s established streets and mature trees give it a settled feel, while international dining, everyday shopping and parks are all within a short drive.

Home prices, styles and HOA fees vary across properties

Housing in Knolls West runs the gamut. Most of the community is made up of late-20th-century ranch-style, split-levels and two-story homes, but the Francisco Glen section adds neo-eclectic builds from the 2000s. Those specific properties come with quarterly HOA fees, unlike the neighborhood’s older single-family homes. Townhouse and condo owners in Rittenhouse Square, another subdivision in the community, pay regular HOA dues that usually cover lawn care, insurance, some utilities and snow removal.

Condos and townhouses have recently sold from the high $100,000s to the high $200,000s, while single-family sales ranged from the mid-$300,000s to the low $500,000s. Duplexes pop up every so often, typically selling from the low $400,000s to the low $500,000s. Homes have been selling faster than both citywide and national norms.

This Knolls West home showcases the practical, late-20th-century split-level style found throughout the community.
