York is less than ten miles south, making it a convenient destination for work commutes or shopping trips to malls like West Manchester Town Center. Closer to the community are state parks and ski resorts in the Conewago Mountains. "The township is sort of right in that middle ground where you have a lot of scenic views and rural feel, but you're right in the middle of major cities like York, Harrisburg , Lancaster , and only an hour from Baltimore ," says Quinn Nadu, a Managing Partner with Millwood Custom Homes. "Homebuyers get a ton of value in Conewago Township, and it's why many of our buyers are coming from out of state and other counties."
