Fairview
Old and new homes along Interstate 35E in Corinth
Walking the streets reveals a collection of New Traditional and ranch-style homes. Some of the homes have been renovated, and there are a few new homes being built throughout Fairview. Sidewalks are littered the community and most homes have attached garages. These homes tend to be in tidy arrangements, with modestly sized lawns that are often landscaped. A few homeowner associations scattered throughout Fairview, but are a mixture of mandatory and voluntary associations. “My clients appreciate being able to do whatever they want with their property,” says broker Josiah Ford of Team Ford Realtors. New Traditional homes range from $385,000 for one built in 1997 to $605,000 for one built in 2022. Ranch-style homes are smaller, with prices ranging from $275,000 to $395,000. “Housing prices are comparable to nearby areas,” Ford says. In Fairview, prices are lower compared to the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex area.American diner and bakery by Interstate 35E
There is a commercial section along the southern section, including grocery stores Albertsons and ALDI. Next to Albertsons are local restaurants Lake Cities Cafe, serving American diner fare, and Mike’s Bakery, with a variety of baked goods. Pho Asian Star and Maria’s Mexican Restaurant are smaller restaurants that sit next to each other in a strip mall.
