Traditional and stately homes on well-maintained lots
European influences are present in Silvergate’s architecture, resulting in several Spanish and Mediterranean Revival homes with stucco exteriors and red-tile roofs. According to Deol, there are also lots of traditional ranch-style homes that occupy large lots. "About 50% of Silvergate is ranch-style homes," she says. "It also has wide streets and stays pretty quiet." With many Silvergate houses built in the mid-20th-century, they have an average of 2,300 square footage per property. Townhouses fetch between $600,000 to $800,000. Single-family homes with up to four bedrooms can cost anywhere between $1 million to $2.7 million. They also typically sit on the market for 15 days before selling.Silvergate's parks and amenities
Covering a generous portion of the neighborhood is the Dublin Hills Regional Open Space Preserve. Made up of over 650 acres of steep canyons of sandstone and shale, the natural park includes several trails and is a home for local wildlife.
