A mix of cultures in a neighborhood close to downtown El Monte

Park El Monte is in a convenient part of El Monte, a San Gabriel Valley city east of Los Angeles. The neighborhood is close to walkable downtown El Monte, which many locals know as Valley Mall. "People consider El Monte to be a city that's been commercialized," says Alma Aguilar, a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty. "If you compare it to neighboring Baldwin Park, El Monte has more commercial and industrial businesses. And it's very diverse." A multicultural vibe is apparent in Park El Monte, where businesses represent an assortment of cultures. Another area highlight is easy access to both Interstate 10 and state Route 164.

Park El Monte's single-family homes, condominiums and townhouses
