Views of the Cascade Mountains and acres of farmland
Located just 5 miles from Eugene and Springfield, the community of Goshen offers beautiful farmland, proximity to nature and a mix of home styles. This unincorporated area in Lane County is at the junction of Highway 99 and Interstate 5, making it easy to access nearby cities. Residents can quickly get to daily essentials, major employers and entertainment while maintaining the more rural lifestyle this community provides. “There are some beautiful views, and a lot of outdoor activities close by,” says Alice Holmes, who has been working in Oregon real estate for nearly 25 years. “However, those buying closer to I-5 might hear a lot of freeway noise.”
A mix of mobile home communities and spacious estates
This spacious region has a mix of home styles, ranging from mobile home communities to classic ramblers to estates and farms with acreage. Mobile homes cost between $40,000 and $100,000. Ramblers cost between $375,000 and $575,000, and homes with acreage cost between $1 million and $2 million. These country homes are popular for those seeking expansive views of the area and a compound with seclusion from the hubbub of the city.
