With its scenic views of the Snohomish River, historic homes and proximity to Everett's charming downtown, there's little wonder why Riverside is such a highly-sought after place to live. People are always out walking their dogs and kids playing together," says Ashley Bolden, a real estate agent with Keller Williams Realty Everett and a North Everett resident. "Riverside is kind of like its own small town."
