A desirable suburb outside of Cleveland

Fairview Park is just 13 miles outside of Cleveland, but residents don't have to travel that far to meet their needs. The small suburb has several parks, a state-of-the-art recreation center and a popular shopping center full of big-box retailers. "Fairview Park is very desirable. It always has been," says Anne Callahan, a licensed Realtor for more than 30 years who works for the Callahan & Krol team at Keller Williams Citywide. "It was a secret in that it is considered an inner ring suburb of Cleveland. So it's suburban, but it's right next to the city of Cleveland and the Cleveland Metro Park system, which is land set aside that has horse trails, hiking trails, and running trails. It is stellar. It's one of a kind," Callahan says.
