Modern architecture and fenced-in yards in Registry Ridge
Most of the neighborhood’s homes were built in the early 2000s, with a selection of newer craftsman-style houses along the community’s east end. Registry Ridge’s architectural scene is largely comprised of modern traditional and ranch-style homes with between 2,000 and 4,000 square feet. Houses sit close together on 6,000 square-feet to quarter-acre lots with fenced-in back yards and attached garages. Prices for single-family homes range from $450,000 to $790,000, while townhomes go for $460,000 to $545,000.
Newer craftsman-style houses can be found along the east end of Registry Ridge.
A handful of smaller modern traditional homes can also be spotted in Registry Ridge.

Concurrent enrollment programs at Loveland High School
Coyote Ridge Elementary School is a short drive east and earns a B-plus overall grade from Niche. Lucile Erwin Middle School receives a B-minus and has a variety of extracurricular activities for students to consider, from astronomy club and LEGO robotics to jazz band and journalism club. The B-plus rated Loveland High School offers a concurrent enrollment program, where students can earn dual credit by taking courses through Front Range Community College or Aims Community College. The high school also has an International Baccalaureate degree program that focuses on hands-on, project-based learning.
Lucile Erwin Middle School in Loveland has 712 students in grades 6-8.

Hundreds of acres of natural areas and nearby walking trails
Registry Ridge’s private community pool and sports facilities are along Bon Homme Richard Drive, while Registry Park lies just a quarter mile north and has walking paths, open field space, a playground and picnic tables. The 840-acre Coyote Ridge Natural Area is just west of the neighborhood and is home to over 4 miles of hiking trails that wind through prairies and hills. The natural area serves as a habitat for a wide array of wildlife, from deer and coyotes to mountain lions and rattlesnakes. “A lot of the trails in Fort Collins are connected,” Shafer says. “The Fossil Ridge Trail is nearby and connects to Fossil Creek Park. There’s over 30 miles of walking and biking trails across town.” Boyd Lake State Park is around 5 miles from the neighborhood and is a popular spot for camping, boating and fishing.
Registry Park in Fort Collins is home to open field space, picnic areas and a playground.

South College Avenue is a few blocks east, with numerous nearby antique and vintage shops, including Foothills Flea Market and Vintage Marketplace. About 3 miles north, shoppers can pick up their groceries at Target, Walmart or King Soopers before grabbing a bite to eat at one of the many nearby restaurants. Matt’s Place offers classic pub fare, tap brews and cocktails that can be enjoyed alongside a game of darts or while listening to live music. Transfort bus routes and access to Denver
Commuters can catch the FLEX Bus from College Avenue, which connects riders to Loveland, Longmont, Boulder and Berthoud. Transfort also operates around 20 bus routes across Fort Collins. “This side of town is really attractive to commuters and frequent travelers,” Shafer says. “You avoid the Fort Collins Traffic on your way to Denver and can easily access the airport from the highway.” Interstate 25 is roughly 5 miles from Registry Ridge and spans about 58 miles south to Downtown Denver and 45 miles north to Cheyenne, Wyoming.
