Walkable streets and a rural atmosphere in South Fort Collins

On the southern outskirts of Fort Collins, Registry Ridge sits amidst natural areas and the expansive farmlands of Larimer County, less than 2 miles from the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. The neighborhood’s streets are connected by well-maintained sidewalks and hard-surface walking paths, and locals can enjoy residents-only amenities, including a neighborhood pool and sports facilities. “In these southern Fort Collins communities, you are still just minutes away from suburban amenities but are away from the active atmosphere of Old Town and the Midtown shopping centers,” says Steven Shafer, a local Realtor with The Crisafulli Group.
