Directly north of Bucking Horse’s residential streets lies the Jessup Farm Artisan Village. Originally an early 20th-century family farm, the area is now a quaint business village with local shops and restaurants. Bindle Coffee serves baked goods, smoothie bowls and espresso, while two doors down, Jessup Farm Barrel House has over a dozen craft beers on tap. The Farmhouse at Jessup Farm offers farm-to-table comfort meals, from bison short rib to fried chicken. “The Jessup Farm area keeps growing,” says Russell. “New businesses have been regularly added, like PizzaVino. Transfort operates around 20 bus routes across Fort Collins, with nearby stops on East Drake Road. The area is known for being biker-friendly, with over 200 miles of bike lanes and trails accessible from the city. Interstate 25 is a short drive east of the neighborhood and spans around 45 miles north to Cheyenne, Wyoming and roughly 60 miles south to Downtown Denver.
