Sparse, suburban living in French Camp

Home to the San Joaquin General Hospital and situated equidistance between the cities of Stockton and Lathrop, French Camp is a small unincorporated community. Boasting large lots with small farms scattered in between, French Camp offers residents a vibrant neighborhood filled with colorful homes, delicious food trucks and a sparse suburban atmosphere. “French Camp is an extremely small community nestled between Manteca and Lathrop. It’s what one would consider a bedroom community, full of commuters heading into the Bay Area for work,” says Ron Cedillo, Realtor with Home Buyers Realty, who has 20 years of experience in the industry.

Colorful homes with room to grow
