Village of Labelle
Custom contemporary homes on manicured lawns
Most of the homes in Labelle are Designer models, with three or four bedrooms and in a wide variety of floorplans. Some two-bedroom Courtyard Villas are also available for those needing a little less square footage. Garages are standard and often offer extra room for golf carts, the primary mode of transportation around the community. Prices range from the mid $300,000s to the low $600,000s. Higher-priced homes often sit on bigger lawns, with backyard pools or other upgrades. Curb appeal is high throughout the neighborhood, with homes sporting front yards landscaped with small palm trees, shrubs and flowers. There are no sidewalks along the streets, but there is plenty of space for residents to walk their dogs or ride bikes.Belle Glade Country Club and The Labelle Recreation Center offer recreation
For an annual activities fee, residents can use every golf course and recreation center in The Villages. Labelle’s residents have easy access to Belle Glade Country Club, which offers a 27-hole championship golf course. The Volusia Executive Golf Course is just outside the neighborhood and offers nine holes. At Labelle Recreation Center, residents enjoy more outdoor activities, like playing bocce and swimming laps in the adults-only pool, reserved for adults 30 and older. At the nearby Rohan Recreation Center, residents take water aerobics in the sports pool and challenge each other on the tennis and pickleball courts. When residents want to get into nature, they don’t have to go far; the Sharon Rose Wiechens Preserve is located on the neighborhood’s east side, and its trail that extends over the marshy wetlands is a prime spot for birding.Brownwood Paddock is less than 5 miles away

It also has various popular chain restaurants like Bob Evans and McDonald's and more local spots like Sakura Japanese, which serves sushi, noodles and other Japanese dishes. Brownwood Paddock, one of The Villages' bustling town squares, is about 4 miles away and accessible by golf cart or car. There, residents find restaurants, shopping and live music almost every night, complete with dancing.Residents get around in golf carts; Route 44 is nearby
