Luxury homes and scenic nature views
The Serenada neighborhood is distinguished by luxury-style homes and scenic natural views of the Texas Hill Country. Located only a few minutes' drive from both downtown Georgetown, Texas, and the lake that shares the city's name, this community has a country feel. Its single-family homes rest fairly sparsely throughout its long rural roads. Residents can spend lots of time at or near the lake, without necessarily paying resort-level prices for their property. But they can also find impressive, luxury estates if they have a larger budget.

Classic, spacious homes
Two-lane roads lined with mature trees dominate most of the streetscape throughout the neighborhood. There are plenty of single-family homes available for sale, as well as properties for rent, ranging from houses that sit on nearly an acre in the rural parts of the community, to homes clustered more closely along sidewalk-lined streets. Many of the homes in the area were built between the late 1970s and '80s but have undergone exterior and interior renovations. Prospective buyers can find an established home on a one-third-acre lot for $350,000, or a home on close to an acre for $450,000. Countryside estates can be priced in the million-dollar range, and often sit on gated, full-acre lots that provide plenty of space and privacy.
