Townhouses and new single-family houses
Single-family homes are typically two-level Mediterranean builds from the early 2000s costing between $420,000 and $800,000. “With it being a newer community, a lot of the houses are in excellent shape,” says Igliane. “Many buyers are looking to settle down and raise a family in the area.” Houses sit on quiet residential roads with little traffic. Driveways provide private off-street parking, and wide sidewalks are good for exercise and dog walking. Traditional grass lawns exist even in this desert climate, although some properties have rock landscaping instead. Homes are close together, and lot sizes are under a quarter of an acre. San Tan Village also has a handful of townhouses, costing between $400,000 and $515,000. Homes near state Highway 202 will experience some noise from traffic.
