Townhomes here have an average price of $400,000. “A property I sold there recently was a detached brick condominium,” says Stanley. “This particular community wasn’t age-restricted, which made it more appealing for this buyer. But this area really offers something for everyone.” According to Stanley, inventory is low, and houses sell quickly.
Students in Twin Hickory attend Twin Hickory Elementary School, Holman Middle School and Deep Run High School, which all belong to the top-rated Henrico County Public Schools district. Deep Run High School, home of the Wildcats, is located right in Twin Hickory, within walking distance from many residences. Deep Run receives an overall grade of A+ on Niche and is ranked as the #1 Best Public High School in Henrico County.
