Country living close to downtown Greensboro
Stewarts Mill attracts buyers seeking to live on the outskirts of Greensboro without being too far from any amenities the city offers. Forests and farms still comprise much of the landscape, but thanks to Interstates 40, 85 and 840, the entertainment and industry of downtown are only a short drive away. “The neighborhood’s appeal is its proximity to downtown but also its feeling of being out in the country. It’s also less populated than other parts of Greensboro,” says Doug Witcher, NextHome Realty Partners broker who has been selling homes in the Piedmont Triangle for eight years. “If you’re looking for a nice, quiet place to call home, Stewarts Mill would be worth looking at.”
