Colonial Revivals and Tudor Revivals line quiet residential streets
Take a stroll through this quiet, residential district and you’ll see towering elms, birches and evergreens lining the streets and peeking out from front and back yards. Well-maintained sidewalks, generous setbacks and lush landscaping give this area a natural feel that residents love. You'll find homes dating back to the early-1900s, including stately Colonial Revivals, cozy cottages and steep-roofed Tudor Revivals. Today's owners have lovingly maintained these homes over the years, making thoughtful upgrades while retaining the home's original charm. You’ll also see some midcentury styles and the occasional new build, although they’re few and far between. Prices typically range from around $300,000 to $500,000 for smaller homes, while spacious, restored homes can sell for well over $1 million. “The streets are so unique and have some really magnificent structures,” Sine-Cameron says.
