Hayward’s booming master-planned community
Eden Shores is one of Hayward’s most recently developed neighborhoods. Built in 2013 on reclaimed marshlands, this neighborhood is known for its clean and well-maintained residential streetscapes, updated housing offerings and convenient location to Bay area attractions. “We offer some exquisite modern homes in an area that’s becoming more and more popular for people in the Bay Area,” says Eden Shores Community Manager Lydia Zuñiga. “We’re close to major business areas, great schools, great parks – it’s a very well-rounded place.” These attractive suburban qualities, along with the neighborhood’s strong sense of community, keep the real estate market in Eden Shores steadily growing. “Eden Shores is huge, and people want to be here because it’s centralized to everything,” says Rahul Puri, a realtor of 19 years and former longtime neighborhood resident. “It has been a hidden secret that not many people know about, but now in the past few years, it has truly flourished.”
