The gated neighborhood of Heathrow is just 20 miles north of downtown Orlando, offering spacious homes, parks, playgrounds and neighborhood events. The master-planned community has HOA fees, allowing access to amenities like the clubhouse and tennis courts. "There are excellent schools with good Niche ratings that serve the community.
