Convenient multi-family housing community in Hercules
Village Park is a densely built townhouse and condominium community in the East Bay city of Hercules. “It feels like its own community with multiple different neighborhoods so close to one another,” says Alexander Ewing, a local area Realtor with Coldwell Banker Bartels Realtors. “You are never too far from meeting someone new.” Clean, well-landscaped streetscapes, nearby parks and the mild East Bay climate are just a few of the perks of living here. Plus, the neighborhood’s prime location is another big draw. It borders major highways and prominent local roads that provide easy access to some of the best parts of the city and neighboring areas. “Village Park is nestled perfectly between Hercules’ and Pinole’s downtowns, so you are never too far away from entertainment, shopping and hiking trails,” Ewing says.
