Hesperia Palisades offers convenient living on the city's northeastern side
Sandy lots, mountain views and Spanish ranch-style homes define the High Desert community of Hesperia Palisades. The small suburb is located along Bear Valley Road, a main commercial stretch with big-box stores, restaurants and Victor Valley College. Abundant outdoor recreation is also within reach. Residents can explore Mojave Narrows Regional Park or practice their swing on a neighboring golf course. “It’s one of the many communities closer to Victorville that gets quieter the farther away they are from the 15,” says Michael Vedder, a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Home Service., who has lived in the High Desert since 2006 and has 10 years of selling experience there.
