Hidden Meadows exudes genteel tranquility from its mesa-top perch north of San Diego. With only one main road in and out, and broad views of boulder-speckled hills, it's a place of quiet peace. Tropical blossoms and century-old oaks add even more aesthetic appeal. “The whole northern part of Escondido including Hidden Meadows is desirable because the weather stays so pleasant,” says Eugene Wilson, a realtor with RE/Max Connections. “And while it’s a beautiful, high-end kind of neighborhood it can be less expensive than living closer to downtown San Diego. You’re still near major area employers, and you can also easily day trip through all of Temecula Valley wine country to the north.”
