Ranch-styles, bungalows and split-levels with yard space

The residential area of Lonas Drive began to truly develop in the mid-20th century, so there are older homes that have undergone renovation throughout the neighborhood. Architectural styles are typical of Eastern Tennessee, with mixed-material ranch homes, classic bungalows and sensible split-levels on gently rolling terrain. Within the last decade, modern Craftsman homes have been built in the neighborhood, bringing a fresh breath to the layout.
