The single-family homes also have Mediterranean architecture and often come with patios or hot tubs. They range from $1.1 million to $1.7 million. All subdivisions have HOAs, with fees ranging from $300 to $600. These take care of landscaping, usually tropical plants like palm trees and birds of paradise. The area’s amenities include spas and private recreation. “In the neighborhood here, the HOA maintains the community pool, and the park is easy to walk to,” Waldecker says.
