Established within a Southern California landscape surrounded by mountains, Lakeview is a community where residents can find space to themselves. This location features properties that are more spread out than those in some of the suburban subdivisions within the neighboring city of Perris. Still, residents are relatively close to the stores and outdoor spaces in Perris and other nearby cities like Moreno Valley, including the 8,800-acre Lake Perris State Recreation Area. It’s a mixture that’s attracting development. “There are new builders starting to build in the area,” says Lei Jin, a Realtor with Pinnacle Real Estate Group who has sold in the area.
