During the week, many Prairie Meadows residents walk to the facility for a racquetball match or some strength and cardio training. Riker Buddemeyer, president of the Prairie Meadows Neighborhood Association, describes "The center as pretty nice and as something for the kids to do when it’s raining.” Adding to the neighborhood's appeal are its quiet and well-kept streets. “It’s pretty well suited for children," adds Buddemeyer. "Outside, we do have officers who patrol the area regularly, traffic is down to a minimum and everyone’s trash gets picked up promptly. Everyone seems to take care of their homes pretty well.”
