An urban residential community that has it all

Though a quiet community, the neighborhood of Heritage has access to many nearby amenities. “That area has the best of everything the state has to offer regarding schools, value and shopping,” explains Billy Van Heusen, an agent with The Billy Van Heusen Team, who has 40-plus years of experience in the Denver metro area. The community sits just south of downtown Denver and even closer to the historic Littleton, and thanks to nearby South Santa Fe Drive, getting around to daily amenities is convenient. Here, residents can spend the day keeping busy and then return home to a calm setting away from the city hubbub.

Heritage's wide streets and mature trees

The wide residential streets of Heritage are home to modest sidewalks perfect for morning jogs and afternoon walks. Spots of shade can be found underneath the canopies of mature sycamore and evergreen trees sprinkled throughout the neighborhood. Homes sit atop neat yards, mostly under a half-acre, with enough room for shrubbery and a tree or two. Houses in this community were built in the mid to late 20th century, except for a few, which were constructed in the 2000s. Modern Craftsman and ranch-style homes feature stone or brick facades, as well as driveways large enough to fit two vehicles. Those looking to purchase a home in Heritage have a wide range of prices to explore, from $425,000 for a two-bedroom townhome to $2.8 million for a five-bedroom home sitting on significant acreage.

Wide sidewalks, lots of open space and great views make Heritage a very walkable neighborhood.
