The best spot for river access is 11 miles outside of the neighborhood at Willow Grove. This recreational area includes a park along the Columbia River, a boat launch, bike path and plenty of parking. Though it has all the amenities for a full day by the river, Willow Grove is generally a place where folks can find peaceful solitude.
