Lots are usually between a half-acre and over 2 acres, giving plenty of room for backyard pools, landscaping and privacy. Palms, oaks and pine trees randomly dot the streets, occasionally hiding houses from view. Single-family homes typically start around $390,000 and reach around $600,000.
