Traditional suburb of Martinez within the hills of the Alhambra Valley

Morello is a small, classic suburban community in the East Bay city of Martinez. Its rolling, hilly streets cut through the scenic Alhambra Valley, providing a desirable residential setting with many conveniences. “It’s a great commuter neighborhood,” says Brad Turnbloom, the CEO and Broker for the local Turnbloom Real Estate team, who has been helping clients for over 10 years. “It is surrounded by highly traveled roadways and multiple green spaces to enjoy the benefits of living in California." Along with its commuter-friendly nature and well-rated public schools, Morello’s location between expansive open valleys and the Carquinez Strait shoreline offers the added perk of having abundant outdoor recreation well within reach.
