Named for its expansive park, Audubon Park is a combination of green spaces, local amenities and top-rated schools that result in a quiet suburban community. “This is a great starter neighborhood with walkability to a lot of local restaurants,” says Conlee Stringfellow, a Realtor with Ware Jones who has been selling homes in the area for over 10 years. Residential streets are lined by wide sidewalks and feature a diverse collection of single-family homes, all shaded by a canopy of towering oak trees. Located less than 10 miles from Downtown Memphis and minutes from major thoroughfares such as I-240, the community offers a residential enclave in the heart of East Memphis.
